Dr. Carrie began her career in sports medicine by attending annual credentialing and continuing education units, which she thought were excellent at the time. However, as she advanced in the profession, she realised that much of the training was ineffective, and it only got worse over time. After that, she went into teaching and again came across too many teaching environments that failed to deliver what adult learners need.
Recognising that when it comes to teaching adults, the stakes are high, Dr. Carrie decided to use her knowledge to help companies and organisations developing and deliver successful training for adult learners. So she quit her teaching position and dove straight in.
Now, Dr. Carrie assists businesses in implementing adult learning best practices to increase learning outcomes. She has a reputation for listening to people's concerns, both stated and unstated, and asking the right questions to help them find clear and insightful answers. She tailors her services to meet the specific needs of each of her customers, both personally and professionally.
