It's that time of the year when our thoughts start to move to what we want to achieve in our business in the year ahead.

‍

But before we do, there is a lot of power in reflecting on just how far we've come in the current year. What we've learned and what we've achieved. It's the first step that I outlined in the Planisodes.

‍

Despite this, last week I caught myself reflecting on how fast the year has gone this year. My first instinct was to remind myself of all the things I didn't achieve, or that I still have to do.

‍

Thankfully, I caught myself in time and instead reflected on all the things that I have achieved. In just a few minutes I went from feeling down and anxious to feeling actually quite proud!

‍

In today's episode, I share these highlights with you, as well as my biggest lessons too. Here are my highlights from 2023:

✨ Published two collaborative books: The Secrets of 99 Successful Women and The Speakers Journey: Amplifying your Voice, Vol 2.

‍

✨ I became a covergirl for the first time, appearing on the cover of Speakers Magazine.

‍

✨ Continued to speak and deliver workshops on networking, based on my book A Shy Girl's Guide to Networking. I love that these lessons keep inspiring and helping people. I'm looking forward to continuing in 2024.

‍

✨ I created and delivered the Dream Clients Summit. An amazing 5-day experience to help business owners start and grow their dream business.

‍

✨ I became the Value Whisperer and launched the concept of Value Whispering - work that will be the foundation of everything I do in 2024.

‍

✨ I judged the Great American Speak-Off, with Pete Vargas and Grant Cardone in Las Vegas (from my office in Switzerland 😉).

‍

✨ Continued to run my regular free Value Sessions. Free events for my community of business owners to help them network, build their skills and practice communicating their value.

‍

✨ I also revamped my signature programme: The Dream Clients Blueprint to bring in the lessons I've learned from guiding people through the programme for the last five years.

‍

✨ And I was awarded 'Most Influential Female Business Coach (Europe) for the third year in a row.

‍

Looking forward, there is one big change on the horizon, as I rebrand all my content around my Value Whispering approach to marketing and self-leadership. And I'm looking forward to publishing my book on the same topic - please do keep me accountable for this!

I've also been reflecting on my biggest lessons from 15-years in business. I'll share these in two special mini-sodes over the next two days!

In 2024, the Driven Female Entrepreneur podcast will become The Art of Value Whispering.

It will include more great content, practical advice to help you grow your business, and master your mindset from myself and other successful founders and thought leaders.

However, it will have more focus on how to meaningfully market your business and master self-leadership so that, even if you have a quieter personality, you can thrive in business and have an impact you feel proud of.
