Before becoming a happiness at work expert, Aurelie had a career in event management, marketing and sales. She was known for her ability to create strong relationships and a positive work environment. And was aware of the benefits of a productive and happy workplace.
When she noticed the lack of awareness in companies on how to create such an environment, she decided to take action. After supplementing her existing strengths with learning from leading experts in positive psychology and happiness in the workplace, she launched her own business: Happitude at Work.
